Overview

The KT400D Flexi‑Fit Ultra Cold is a next‑generation temperature‑controlled transport system engineered for the safe, simple, and secure movement of high‑value biopharmaceutical materials. 

The KT400D is built for the realities of international cold chain distribution from manufacturing sites to fill‑finish facilities, clinical trial depots, and end‑use laboratories.  

Designed for the demanding needs of global pharma and biotech supply chains, it delivers 120+ hours of protection at temperatures below –60°C and –70°C with no dry ice top‑ups or external power required. 

This system ensures uncompromising stability for Deep‑frozen biologics, bioprocess bags, bulk drug substance (BDS), APIs,  Global vaccine distribution, microorganisms, cell lines, QC samples, Temperature‑critical research samples and clinical trial materials . 

*Based on pack out system 127. Basic KT400D is a user customizable solution not including dry ice or packaging. Tare weight and internal dimensions include dry ice and packaging in packout 127, 157 and 025.
