Overview

The CCT TOWER Elite Reusable Universal 1600L pallet shipper is designed to meets the highest standards for temperature-controlled pharmaceutical logistics, offering unique pack-out options for a variety of pallet sized insulated shipping needs.

It ensures safe and simple transportation of temperature sensitive pharmaceutical products across four temperature ranges: 2–8°C, 15–25°C, frozen (–25 to –15°C), and deep frozen (below –60°C). With different PCM plates or dry ice, it provides over 120 hours of product protection—making it ideal for extended pallet shipment logistics

CCT Tower pallet systems are hibernation capable, meaning that in the right storage environment, they can go above the standard 120 hours protection to accommodate scheduled or unscheduled shipment delays without compromising product safety. 

The CCT TOWER Elite 1600L shipper incorporates an integrated BLE/cellular Bluetooth data logger (compliant with RTCA DO 160G Part 21 H) along with a visible data display. It’s built to support a wide range of data logging and IoT systems already used in pallet solutions across global supply chains.
