Rose Callahan

Rose provides direction in quality, regulatory affairs, customer communication, product and supplier quality, and internal audits. With a strong customer focus, her primary goal is to develop Cold Chain’s quality system to consistently meet customer expectations for all their thermal packaging needs. Along with over 20 years of manufacturing and quality systems experience, Rose offers a depth of knowledge of quality systems, inventory control, and supply chain. She has a B.A. in Biology from Northeastern University, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), and a member of the Merrimack Valley Section of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
