KoolTemp Pallet Shippers

Cold Chain Technologies’ pallet shippers are designed to provide uniform thermal protection for pallet-sized loads of temperature-sensitive products. The line currently handles payloads from 23 to 60.7 cubic feet. A full pallet may be loaded into some pallets shippers, while other models require loading of individual boxes. Using configurations of Koolit bricks, and polyurethane (PUR), expanded polystyrene (EPS), or extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation, CCT’s expanding line of pallet shippers meet a variety of time/temperature shipping requirements. Universal packouts (year-round) minimize costs, including labor and turnaround time. Modular designs allow for reuse under proper conditions; replacement parts are available.

CCT's pallet shippers are EPA compliant, and contain non-ozone depleting components (no CFCs or HCFCs). Each pallet shipper has been tested in CCT’s ISTA-certified and cGMP compliant lab. Payload specific qualification for each pallet shipper is available.
