Kooltemp EPS Molded Insulated Containers
KoolTemp EPS molded insulated containers provide a superior design with highly efficient thermal protective packaging for virtually any temperature-sensitive application. Available in a variety of styles and customized interiors, Cold Chain Technologies' KoolTemp containers are made of lightweight expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation, which is offered in a variety of thicknesses. Suitable payload temperature may be maintained by choosing the proper container design, insulation thickness, and Koolit® refrigerants.
MB Series: mailer boxes ideal for shipping small delicate items
Lightweight, yet strong and durable, the MB Series minimizes payload breakage and transportation costs.
TL Series: thermal protection for high value shipments
Several design features contribute to this product's uniform temperature control and optimal performance. These include engineered channel construction of side walls for more effective convective cooling, stand-off pads that separate your product from condensation, rounded corners that minimize friction damage, a state-of-the-art interlock lid design with secure friction fit, and your choice of true 1½" and 2" EPS wall thickness. Most KoolTemp containers are also available set up with a separate outer corrugate.
