KoolTemp Insulated Pallet Containers - ZX2300
23 Cubic Foot Capacity
The ZX2300 (formerly ZX2700) insulated pallet container is designed by CCT to provide excellent, uniform thermal protection for large payloads up to 23 cubic feet. It provides 3" thick walls of extruded polystyrene (XPS) and can be further protected with sleeves of Koolit® refrigerant bricks lining all six interior sides of the container. Under proper configuration, the ZX2300 will maintain 2°C to 8°C for as long as 120 hours. The easy-to-assemble ZX2300 is shipped as a knocked down unit with step-by-step assembly instructions.
The excellent thermal performance of the ZX2300 results from its high-quality materials and expert design. The external box is a double-wall 350 lb. corrugate slotted sheet and front panel. Six tightly fitting custom-cut insulation panels of extruded polystyrene line each pallet container. The top and bottom lids are tray-like in design. The corrugate "U" shaped slotted panel and trifold front panel slide into the top and bottom trays. Since the front panel is removable, the container should be banded after closure to ensure a tight fit for all panels. The ZX2300 is shipped on a 48" x 40" wooden pallet that is accessible from all four sides with a forklift.
