Pallet Shippers

KoolTemp pallet shippers provide secure, easy to use and superior thermal protection for large size payloads of temperature-sensitive products. The line accommodates payloads from 23 to 61 cubic feet. Our smaller pallet shippers sit on a 40” x 48” pallets (Euro versions are also available) while the largest shippers can accommodate a full 48" x 40" x 48" palletized payload.

The KoolTemp pallet shipper line meet a variety of time/temperature shipping requirements and offer both seasonal as well as universal temperature protection coverage. Many of our pallet shippers are offered in a GTS version, providing complete prequalification data. Our insulative materials include expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS) as well as rigid polyurethane (PUR). All of our pallet shippers are designed for use with our Koolit refrigerant sleeves which provides easy packouts and even thermal coverage.
