PakSense XpressPDF™ Labels

PakSense XpressPDF™ Labels

PakSense XpressPDF Labels monitor time and temperature of vaccines, biologics, pharmaceuticals, and other perishable products during distribution and storage.

About the size of a sugar packet, labels are flat and feature an integrated USB connection point which can be plugged directly into the USB port of a computer. Once connected, the label automatically generates a PDF file containing complete time and temperature history, including graphs and summary data.

XpressPDF labels eliminate the need for reading devices and download software and are optimal in situations that require fully independent operation. This includes clinical trials materials transport, samples, exports, and "last mile" distribution applications.

A New Class of Temperature Recorder

XpressPDF Labels feature an innovative temperature sensor that enables them to take

a surface read of the object to which they are attached. This provides a closer approximation of actual product temperature versus the general ambient readings provided by bulkier recorders. Labels sample temperature every minute for highly accurate temperature reads and are encased in waterproof packaging. Each label sensor is calibrates to NIST standards during manufacturing and is shipped with a certificate of validation.

Easy to Interpret

XpressPDF Labels provide temperature status information in two ways. A green light emitting diode (LED) on the label will flash if temperature has remained within specification. Conversely, amber LEDs will flash if a temperature breach has occurred. LED indicators are useful as they provide quick visual indication of product disposition. To download historical data collected by the label, users simply plug the label into the USB port of a computer.
