Multiple-Use Data Loggers
The HOBO Pendant temperature data logger provides a wide range of temperature readings (-20°C to +70°C) for both short-term shipping applications and year-long remote deployments. It's miniature in size, water-resistant, value-priced, and has an 8K memory capacity. These temperature data loggers feature an internal thermistor that logs temperatures with ±.5°C accuracy. Readout of up to 6,500 data is fast and easy using HOBOware™ software (Windows®) and the convenient Optic USB Base Station.
Instructions for Use
Application: Each HOBO Pendant starter kit includes software, a software manual, and a USB cable. The Optic Base Station is comprised of an
Optic Base Station and Pendant Coupler. Please note that a HOBOware software starter kit, an Optic USB Base Station, and a Coupler are required to operate the HOBO Pendant logger. Activating the HOBO Pendant is easy with user-friendly software that offers three options: immediate start, delayed start, or triggered start when the Pendant is connected to the coupler. Once shipped, download data from the HOBO Pendant by following step-by-step instructions for connecting components.
Interpretation of Results: High and low alarm LEDs provide visible verification that temperatures have remained within the desired range throughout deployment.
